What happened?!

Had this on my iPad for 3 yrs. Not it doesnt work. Hey developer, if you are abandoning this version why not just say so.

Another reviewer indicated that the new, more expensive version doesnt even work.

Follow up
Apple and iTunes walked away from problem. Basically its my problem not theirs. All sales final. They will not investigate developer.

Unresponsive developer despite emails to them. If this is indicative of their customer service, I suggest you stay away from this developer.
